  • What time can I check in & out?
    Our standard check in time is 2pm and check out 11am. We will always try where possible to accommodate early check in & late check outs.
  • Do I have to pay a security deposit?
    There is the option to pay a refundable £150 deposit or pay a one off non refundable £9 accidental damage insurance.
  • What is/ isn’t not included in the price?
    Our apartments all come with WiFi included. All towels and bed linen are included with the price If you’d like to book trips these are an extra cost If you’d like a mid-stay clean we may charge extra
  • How far away are the shops?
    Each property has its own guide printed in the property which will detail locations of the nearest shops, for specific information before you arrive please contact us.
  • Do you accept pets in your apartments?
    Sorry, we have a no pet policy at all of our apartments.
  • Is there free parking?
    Most of our apartments benefit from free parking, however details of the parking arrangements can be found in each properties information sheet, if you are still unsure please contact us.
  • Is there a verification process?
    Yes, you will be asked to go through our partner and carry out our verification check. The check will ask for a selfie, a phone number, email address & photographic ID.
  • Can I book for my colleagues?
    Yes, the vast majority of our bookings come from organisations booking for their employees.
  • Do you accept group bookings?
    We have a maximum number of occupants per property, these are detailed on the property information.
  • What if I need to cancel?
    Please refer to the cancellations policy chosen during the booking process.
  • Can I get a discount?
    Our website always offers the best prices for our properties, in addition to this we offer a discount to returning customers, if you are a returning customer please contact us to obtain a live code.
  • Is there a minimum night stay?
    Occasionally specific dates will be subject to a minimum number of nights, but usually we accept single night bookings.
  • Is there anything else we need to know?
