You will have your own dedicated property manager who will treat your property like their own.

Our clients have a range of needs including -

Living locally but don’t have the time or knowledge to get started with short term lets
Live out of town and wish to maximise their rental potential - this is where we can assist!
We can even co-host with you, you can still manage your own property but we can support where required. For example it could save you having to block dates if you’re unavailable for a change over.

We understand that you may not live close by. We can block dates for your visits back to the city and take care of everything else whilst you are away. Our property maintenance team ensure the utmost maintenance for your property whilst in our care.

Our professional housekeeping teams will thoroughly clean & check your property before and after each stay, as well as a monthly property maintenance check by your property manager. Providing you with a maximum return on your property via short term letting without any of the labour intensity required.
